This Scam starts with a POP-UP on your Computer, TV or Mobile Phone from Microsoft or Apple saying your device is compromised. Indicator 2
It says there is a Security Risk, Bank Breech, Hacking Attempt, Personal Info Breach or an issue with your TV. Indicator 3
You are instructed to call a phone number for Technical Support. Indicator 4
They have you to Connect to a SECURE SERVER and have you install REMOTE Software that gives the Scammer access to your Device. Once you place a call or respond to a link they will ask you to Connect to a SECURE SERVER and will have you install REMOTE software giving full access to your Device. Indicator 5
They will show you "PROOF" of the compromise; you have to PAY to fix the problem and remove the HACKERS. Indicator 6
They say your money is not safe and instruct you to SECURE it via Wire Transfer, Bitcoin ATM, or with Cash in the Mail your funds to a safe banker until the problem is resolved. Indicator 7
They will Impersonate Banks, Police, Federal Agents to make you believe they are legitimate. Indicator 8
They have you leave your Device turned on so they can continue working; warning you NOT to Tell Anyone what is happening because they may be Hackers. Indicator 9
They say your phones are compromised furthering the isolation until they Drain Your Accounts. Warning
IF YOU RECEIVE A POPUP ON YOUR PC OR DEVICE POWER IT OFF-WAIT A FEW MINUTES AND POWER ON - THE POPUP SHOULD DISAPPEAR- NEVER CALL THE NUMBER! Next Steps
